A strong property strategy starts with the people who will use the space—and a clear understanding of your goals.
From the Westside to Downtown and LA’s creative neighborhoods, let’s look at the property, the likely occupier and your timing before deciding how to bring the opportunity to market.
Discuss positioning, space configurations, marketing and the questions that matter to prospective tenants. Start with the property’s current availability and your leasing priorities.
