Your email, your interests.
When you enter the Broker Portal or request a flyer or neighborhood guide, we collect the email you provide, the property flyers and neighborhood guides you download, and the date and time of each file delivery. Carle Pierose at Industry Partners, Inc. uses this information to respond to your interests and follow up about properties. Your address is not verified through an email confirmation.
Property inquiries.
When you submit a property or Owners & Sellers inquiry, we save your name, email, broker status, business or property requirements, budget and timing where requested, and any optional phone, website or notes you provide. Carle uses these private details to respond, discuss fit and qualify the opportunity before arranging a showing. They are available through the protected owner view, not displayed publicly. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or unlock or change your flyer access.
Easy repeat downloads.
The same email entry unlocks the Broker Portal and repeat flyer and neighborhood guide downloads. A secure cookie remembers your browser for up to 180 days when you choose “Remember me.” If unchecked, the browser cookie is temporary and server access expires after one day. Clearing cookies, changing devices, or choosing “forget this browser” will ask for your email again. Forgetting the browser does not delete earlier download records.
How information is handled.
Contact and download records are stored with our website hosting providers and are available through an owner-only page to Carle for follow-up. They are not displayed publicly. This download feature does not add advertising trackers or sell your contact information. Hosting providers may also process technical request information to operate and secure the website.
Optional analytics.
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits, property interest and completed website actions. Microsoft Clarity helps us improve browsing through interaction maps and session recordings. Choosing “No thanks” leaves contacting Carle, inquiries, shortlists and flyer downloads available. You can change your choice using “Analytics choices” in the footer. We do not load these analytics services before permission or after you decline. Browser privacy signals are respected.
Analytics events include page views, contact-link clicks, observed on-site video playback, Instagram-link clicks, shortlist additions and successfully saved inquiries and flyer deliveries. A click does not confirm a conversation, and a delivered file does not confirm it was read. We do not send your name, email, phone number, inquiry text or private owner records to these services. Inquiry forms and receipts are masked for Clarity; private owner, sign-in and download-response pages are excluded. Query strings and fragments are excluded from GA4 page addresses. Clarity records recognized public page addresses and campaign labels. It is skipped or stopped when an address contains an unrecognized parameter, free-text search or other information we cannot safely record.
With permission, this tab retains your initial public landing page, referring website and non-personal campaign labels for up to 30 minutes so an inquiry can be attributed across pages. These source details are saved privately with your inquiry for Carle’s follow-up. Without permission, only the current public page and referring website can be recorded with an inquiry; earlier browsing is not reconstructed. Older records may have no source information. Please do not put personal information in campaign tags or page addresses.
Your analytics choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics providers may use cookies after you accept; advertising storage, advertising signals and personalized ads are disabled. No advertising pixels are included. Google privacy information · Microsoft privacy information.
You’re in control.
To stop follow-up, request a copy or correction of your information, or ask for deletion, email cp@industrypartners.com. We retain records for property inquiries and follow-up until they are no longer needed or you request deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
