Now leased. Welcome to Chinatown, Velvet.
Really excited to welcome Velvet by Graham & Spencer to 759 N Spring. Approx. 17,203 RSF across the second and third floors of a pretty special building.
Historic brick and timber, those incredible lamella ceilings, custom steel windows and doors, and outdoor patios. There’s a lot to love here.
Another exciting tenant taking space on what some tenants continue to call the “North Spring Street Design District.”
I represented the landlord on the lease. Great working with Redcar and Jackie Lubrano and Matt Ambrose at Zacuto Group on this one.

Charlie James Gallery
969 + 961 Chung King Rd
A Chinatown gallery with a roster that includes Patrick Martinez and Shizu Saldamando. The map marks its 969 address.
Martinez draws on the visual language of Los Angeles: neon signage, stucco, tile and the city’s changing surfaces. His layered works invite a closer look at the materials and messages that shape familiar streets.
Saldamando’s portraits foreground friends, peers and social worlds often left outside conventional portraiture. Drawing and painting turn moments of gathering into an attentive record of people, style and belonging in Los Angeles.
